What We Do

1. Health and Gender Equality

1. We strengthen community-led systems to improve sexual and reproductive health and end gender-based violence. Through health dialogues, youth-focused SRHR programs, and local health facility support, we increase access and accountability. We also build survivor-centered SGBV response networks, offering psychosocial support, legal referrals, and community education. Our goal is healthier, safer communities where young women, youths and adolescents lead the way to justice, dignity, and well-being.

Over 47,000 individuals have directly benefited from our health and gender equality initiatives. From access to quality sexual and reproductive health services to protection from gender-based violence, each beneficiary represents a step toward stronger, safer, and more inclusive communities. Through education, empowerment, and advocacy, we continue to transform lives—ensuring that young women, youths, and adolescents can thrive with dignity and confidence.

We have conducted 541 community outreaches, bringing essential health information and gender equality dialogues directly to the people. These interactive sessions create safe spaces for open discussions on sexual and reproductive health, rights, and protection against gender-based violence. By meeting communities where they are, we strengthen awareness, accountability, and collective action for lasting social change.

Partnering with 84 schools, community organizations, and institutions, we build sustainable networks that champion youth empowerment and gender justice. These partnerships amplify our impact—integrating SRHR education, leadership development, and survivor support systems into existing community structures. Together, we are shaping institutions that uphold equality, respect, and well-being for all.

Through collaboration with 46 health facilities, we improve access to quality, youth-friendly sexual and reproductive health services. Our support strengthens health systems by providing training, resources, and accountability mechanisms that ensure equitable care for women, adolescents, and survivors of gender-based violence. Every facility we work with becomes a pillar of community health and dignity.

2. Access to Education

We support vulnerable youth, especially teenage mothers—to return to school and thrive. Our approach includes back-to-school support, life skills and mentorship programs, school follow-ups, and strong partnerships with education and child protection stakeholders. Through community awareness and learner-centered support, we aim to boost school retention, build confidence, and ensure every child has a fair chance to succeed.

SBS are entrepreneurial classes which teach women in underprivileged communities on how to initiate and sustain micro-enterprises. Specially trained PACE staff members take the lead in conducting SBS classes to pre-identified underprivileged women within our parents community. 89% of SBS graduates begin at least one business in two years upon finishing the classes. By empowering women financially, we increase their participation in and support their children’s academic endeavors. In specific instances, a few members of the community who are not part of our parents’ community but who meet the set criteria are eligible for enrollment into the SBS classes.
